i haven’t seen buckbeak either but i have gotten him via portkey.
We’ve received a minimum of 10 reports for each of those.

Has there been an evidence in the data for the odds of getting the Challenge exclusive increasing with runestone and/or challenge level (makes sense logically to me)
Also if I want to farm a specific one of these, is there a sweet spot (ie say I want to farm just centaur bows, is there a power/runestone/level that ideal for this).

Sadly, there is nothing indicating such a pattern, but we are in the process of collecting more data, so perhaps we will eventually notice such a trend, but nothing for now.
The current theory is that using the Runestone for which you seek Fragments helps, but that has yet to be proven, as there are cases where it does not work.

It originally was, but was modified shortly after release, and we had forgotten to update it to Emergency. Thanks for noticing!
You have “Book Quidditch Through The Ages” listed as “Wild”, but I’m pretty sure it should be “Wizarding Challenges” (only!) and in-game data supports it.
And the reverse goes for “Gobstone Set”, which you have listed as “Wizarding Challenges” but I am sure it should be “Wild” (can’t say if it could be from Portkeys too, but I doubt it).
